2. Our Services
TutorBook connects parents and students with independent tutors for home tuition, online tuition, group tuition, career counselling, and language classes. We facilitate introductions and do not directly employ tutors unless explicitly stated.
3. Enquiries and Registrations
Information submitted through our enquiry or tutor registration forms must be accurate and truthful. TutorBook reserves the right to verify submitted details and decline or discontinue services where information is found to be false or misleading.
4. Fees and Payments
Tuition fees, where applicable, will be communicated transparently before enrolment. Any payment terms will be shared separately and are not processed through this website.
5. Free Demo Class
A free demo class is offered as a one-time evaluation opportunity per student and subject, subject to tutor availability.
6. Tutor Conduct
Tutors registering with TutorBook agree to conduct themselves professionally and to provide accurate information regarding qualifications and experience.
7. Child Safety and Safeguarding
The safety of every student is our highest priority. All tutors undergo identity verification and background checks before being listed. Tutors are expected to maintain professional conduct at all times when working with minors, and parents or guardians are encouraged to remain reachable during sessions, particularly initial and demo classes. If you have any safety concern about a tutor or a session, please contact us immediately at info@tutorbook.co.in or call +91 94218 48283 — all reports are treated confidentially and investigated promptly, and we will suspend a tutor's listing while a concern is under review.
8. Limitation of Liability
TutorBook makes reasonable efforts to verify tutors but does not guarantee specific academic outcomes. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of our services.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, and branding, is the property of TutorBook unless otherwise credited, and may not be reproduced without permission. For permission requests, contact info@tutorbook.co.in.
10. Dispute Resolution
TutorBook acts as an intermediary connecting parents/students with independent tutors. If a dispute arises between a parent/student and a tutor, please notify us first — our team will mediate in good faith, which may include facilitating a tutor replacement. If a dispute cannot be resolved through mediation, it will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
